we mostly live on the rim of the wheel  

  around and around and up and down  

whilst our heartfelt longing is just to feel 

  the joy that comes from within 'That' is real.

ask why  ..  then hear that the centre is still 

  while the rim goes around and makes us ill

we are joined by the spoke that we are 

  to the hub within called the human heart.

then how can we know it if not thru' love 

  or conscience or grief or gratitude 

the feelings direct from the heart inside 

  will lead us within and be our guide.

not thought or ego out on the rim 

  but the impulse that comes from the hub within

the hub we share with the other spokes 

  the still heart is the same for us simple folks.

 in this time we live it is vital that we offend no one intentionally.. and if some one offends us then we do not accept the offense.. and most of all we must not seek revenge..
