 back in the 60s one of the most important books in my small library was entitled The Mahatma Letters of A.P. Sinnet.

It was a thick hardback book published by the Theosophical Society..

this video of Madame Blavatsky is about those letters written in the late 1800s. its 15mins and puts background and context to the book. At the time i had no doubt about the authenticity of the writings.
