And so, things did not go as you planned. Do you ruminate over the should haves and would haves? This may prove helpful for a while, but to hold onto regrets and other low vibration thought patterns that keep you in the past is not helpful. Allow that things might have gone better. Accept that they unfolded as they did, and now take any reasonable steps to avoid a repetition of the same. There now. You are back in the present moment. Breathe fresh oxygen and energy from above and below and visualize balance. From this state you are ready to do your best once again. The past is the past, dear one. The future is yet to unfold. For now, shine on, beautiful soul.

Clearing
When things do not go as you wish, what do you do? Do you resist, shut down, balk, sulk, cry, moan, complain, withdraw? This is the human way. You might blame it on the programming, and there would be much truth in this. And yet, you are both human and the light of awareness. Oh, how often does the light get clouded over by the programming! Search for the light in the darkness and when you find it, simply be. Efforting to overcome human behaviors often leads to more of the same. Rest as the light. Rest. Refueling is not always instantaneous.

Interesting!
Brownies! Ah, the very sight of them makes the mouth water. Simply reading the word brings a feeling, a memory, a desire. How can this be, when there is no actual brownie present? For brownies are a thought-form, and thought-forms are powerful. The human learns and grows by giving meaning to experiences that express through thought-forms. And how does growth ensue? By the choices you make in relation to those thought-forms and the changes that result. Will you eat the actual brownie or not? That is the choice. And even in the process of making the choice other thought-forms arise: “Do I need those extra calories? Will the sugar affect me? Is it okay to eat it anyway?” And on and on it goes. All of these lessons in awareness from a simple brownie. Isn’t life interesting? And that is the point of existence, dear one.

Experienced
That “in between” state . . . You know it in those moments upon waking. It is a liminal state where this world you think is solid may not seem as real as you thought. Or perhaps the world you thought was imaginary or dream-like seems more real than ever. What is “real”? you may ask, and we tell you that experience is your reality. As experiences are the same with others, this consensus reality is accepted as somehow better or more credible than your solitary experience. What matters is whether the experience holds meaning for you. Will you use the in-between states to learn that all is Love In Full Expression and you are This?

Fullness
By now you may know that we en-Joy helping you learn through word play. And so, you will recall that our name for you is L.I.F.E., which stands for Love In Full Expression. Love is the state of total and utter coherence. Can you utter love through your very being? And what if you remove the “Full”ness from L.I.F.E.? Why then, you would be left with what is less than the Truth of your being-ness. It might be construed as a L.I.E. to believe that life consists only of the good times. Yes, you will suffer at times during life, but suffering need not last. Pain is a most effective teacher, and it is temporary. And so, come to know and accept and flow with the Full-ness, and you will be accomplishing what the soul does best, being Love In FULL Expression. You are so very loved.

Receptive
Be ready to receive. “Receive what?” you might ask, and we add nothing after the word. Just receive. Have you perhaps gotten into a pattern of giving, giving, giving, and doing, doing, and making? Suffering ensues when one is out of balance. You may have heard “it is better to give than to receive.” Well, dear one, it is no better to receive than to give when the one overpowers the other. And so, we simply bring awareness to the equation of giving balanced with receiving equals peace. How might you receive a bit more today, we ask you. It is safe to be open and receptive.

Love is Love
Does the fact that a loved one who has passed lived a long life make their passing any easier? Not necessarily. Yes, intellectually you know that they had perhaps more than their share of experiences—but love is love. Yes, there are circumstances surrounding all lives that can cause complications in how you perceive one’s passing, but allow yourself to feel the pang of physical loss no matter how many decades or minutes one spent in their earthly role. And then, remember what the soul knows — that the soul and your bond with each other is eternal.

Undivided
Why do some issues matter to one person and do not catch the attention of another? You experience LIFE through lenses. These are formed by culture, experience, learning. And this is by design . . . the natural result when consciousness divides itself like a prism. If you find yourself thinking or saying, “I cannot understand how they can think that way,” simply dissolve back to the state before the fracturing and shift to view LIFE through a different lens. This is a choice, dear one.

Back in Balance
Being in a room with many people is akin to hearing multiple songs playing at the same time. Your own nervous system is affected by all of the differing “music” in ways you may not realize. Whether these are friends or strangers, the energy is often quite contrasted to your own. Have you noticed that you may feel a bit out of sorts after such group encounters? This is the reason: Your own energy field is trying to find its way back to balance. You can help it by systematically envisioning each of your energy body’s centers beautifully balanced and aligned. We dare say you may well experience a great “Ahh” upon completion of such an exercise as you restore energetic equanimity.
