I am sure she makes a lot of sense, but there is aging and there is aging, not eveyone ages the same way!

It has to do with our inner life, also!

It's a truism: everyone wants to grow old, but nobody wants to be old. But why not? If you don't die young, you automatically age. At some point you'll notice that your body changes, but your consciousness doesn't. Elke Heidenreich has now written a book about it with the fitting title "Aging."

Es ist eine Binsenweisheit: Alt werden will jeder, alt sein will keiner. Aber warum eigentlich nicht? Wer nicht jung stirbt, altert automatisch.
